Ruby Tuesday employees have an employee self service web portal that can be accessed 24 hours a day 7 days a week from their home computer or smart phone. At the site they can find information about their company benefits and access their own individual payroll and benefit records. Other information available for employees is Team Member discounts offered from participating retailers. Each retailer listed on the site has arranged special discounts and pricing specifically for Ruby Tuesday employees.
The myinfo.rubytuesday.com website is a landing page for employees to be directed to the services the company offers. There are quick links on the site that refers employees to the online services that perform their payroll, W-2, manages their pay cards, and handles their benefits. Each individual site can be bookmarked for easy reference or employees can simply return to the Ruby Tuesday My Info page and connect with the services via the Quick Links section.
Through the site employees can now manage many of the functions that the Human Resources department traditionally has been used to performing for them. When employees need to update their personal information they can visit the site and personally change their address, phone number, direct deposit, marital status, etc. During tax season instead of having to wait for corporate to mail out W-2’s each employee can select W-2 in the Quick Links section and get online access to their W-2 online. It can be printed from inside their account.
Tracking hours worked and current paystub information before being paid out is also visible online. Employees can view their pay card through the My Pay Card link. They are directed to the company pay card service (PayCheck Plus) where employees can use their Card Account Number and Password to access their account and view their paycheck information.
